ABOUT CAROLE DAVIDSON COACHING

I’m Carole Davidson, founder of Carole Davidson Coaching. With a post-graduate diploma In Personnel & Development I worked passionately in Human Resources for many years in professional services, financial services and the public sector.

I guess what I loved about it was being able to help, support encourage and motivate people and make a difference to how they felt. No wonder I progressed into the world of Coaching. The two are really pretty similar aren’t they?

As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a qualified Executive Business Coach through the Institute of Leadership & Development, I have worked extensively in change management throughout my career.

I support senior managers at all levels of expertise in achieving goals they never thought possible through one to one coaching, keeping a strategic focus while working with the day-to-day issues that so often deflect attention and decrease productivity.

Through the PEOPLE model™ I use various diagnostic tools through a comprehensive manual of people management methods and techniques all supported by on–line tutorials to determine how best to support clients to achieve significant increases in performance, productivity and profitability. I also use tools such as online employee surveys to establish organisational effectiveness and also design and manage senior assessment and development centres, both to select the right people and in leadership development.

I complement this with the use of many types of psychometrics tools such as 360o feedback. I am a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and a member of the Association of Coaching.

I work from home in the historic town of Shaftesbury, England and work with clients internationally. I am totally committed to enabling others to make decisions, set goals and follow through with the actions necessary to enable their business to grow and prosper.
